Hi, I am taking the SAT on October 5 real soon...
Right now I'm a little bit nervous because I only received a 1440 on my last SAT test... and I hope to at least get at least 1600 or above.

I have been studying math techniques and tricks, as well with some writing and reading ones. I have about 200 terms down... but still there are so many on other SAT practice tests and on SAT applications for the iPad!

I still don't feel confident with my critical reading, and grammar.
Like the parts where they ask you compare the two passages, or which of the words/phrases do not fit in perfectly. I got an average math range on the last SAT test, but I only got to like a level 2 range, which is below the average for the Critical Reading and Writing. Reading is my worst one of all... because it takes up the most time and it's like the Writing section, except with a lot more text! I got a 430 for my Critical Reading, which consists of 29 correct answers and 35 wrong answers... If only I had omitted all 35, then I would have a higher score.

But anyway, I was running low on time as well, and I thought it would have been a good idea to answer all of them since I might have had 1/5 of a chance, since each question takes only 1/4 point off. Though, all those points deducted sure add up...

But anyway, anyone got any tips or tricks for me?
I mean I got some tricks from websites, like hearing that the SAT usually keeps thing simple so that the shorter answers would be the simplest.

In the meantime, I don't really want to follow tricks since they're not always accurate. But I only have like one more day left to study before Saturday comes up for the real time. If anyone has some great advice, tips, tricks, or links to share so that I could help prepare for the upcoming SAT, please do. I really need all the help I could get. Thanks!
