I was wondering if colleges look at AP classes you take from an online school differently than AP class you take in actual school

No. Credits are credits; however, if you take AP classes in a physical school then you can take more AP courses, which equals to more credits thus, a better chance of getting into a good university. In my case, I study in a school that does not offer AP so I have to take them online. I just took three courses.
