Can anyone recommend a college with a decent online General Chemistry class?
I found a few (Oregon State and Wisconsin Stout), but they don’t have online labs. I’m not sure if it’s possible to find a chemistry class with an online lab…
Anyway, please post any schools that offer online College Chemistry courses.

The only one I’ve found (and I’ve looked quite a bit) is through the New England College of Medicine:

It is part of a pre medical post bac program but sounds like it should transfer to undergraduate programs too. I’m almost done with general chemistry 2, and its a pretty good course. All the assignments are done through the blackboard learning system. The assignments are all online quizzes. You have to buy a lab kit and run all the experiments at home. I didn’t have any problems with this. The lab assignments are also online quizzes. Most of the grade (60%) is based on an open book, proctored final. The class is also pretty reasonably priced (around $1500), and it is really easy to register for.
I don’t know what you need this class for, but I have heard some institutions may not like online labs so I would definitely make sure this transfers properly.
