Not sure if anyone will have any ideas on this or if this is the right place, but figured I’d give it a shot.
I’ve been researching for days trying to find a fully online (necessary for flexibility reasons) graduate program in Religion (general religion and world religion - not with a Christian focus) and I can’t seem to find any good fits.
Does anyone know of any schools that have an online program like this or am I searching for something that doesn’t exist?

You are likely searching for something that does not exist, especially if you are looking for a PhD program.
Most online graduate programs are professional programs that lead towards some kind of degree necessary for breaking into a specific field - it’s the best way for the university to get the return on investment for developing an online program. Online academic programs, the category that religion MAs fall into, are much rarer. And online PhDs are basically nonexistent with the exception of a few not-well-reputed ones from for-profit universities (and even then, those tend to also be in professional fields).
