<p>Below my teacher's name it says "Started: date". Does that mean the same thing as "submitted"? Also, can I submit the application if they haven't uploaded their recs yet? Will the colleges still get it if they upload it later?</p>
<p>From what I’ve heard, you can submit your application even though your teachers haven’t completed them! And no, once submitted it says submitted in green :)</p>
