<p>So I e-mailed my teacher about the rec because according to commonapp it wasn't submitted yet. He replied and said he would do it asap. On my commonapp it says that my teacher rec was 'started'. What does that exactly mean? Is it not uploaded/submitted?</p>
<p>it means he ‘started’ it, but not yet finished. You’ll know when its done when it says: 'Submitted"</p>
