Only Applying to State Schools, What Are My Chances?

I'm a Junior at Whitman (top 5 best/most competitive high schools in the country).I have a 3.0 GPA (3.4 weighted), and I am predicting a little above a 1900 on the SAT (first time). What are my chances at-
-Arizona
-Auburn
-Delaware
-Georgia
-Iowa
-Maryland
-Penn State
-Pitt
Please tel me whether or not you think I can get in, whether each will be a reach, fit, or safety, and give me a percentage chance of how likely I am to be accepted.

Can someone PLEASE respond?

Some of those will be tough b/c you won't be in-state...

Yes, I know, but which ones? What kind of chance will I have at them? Do you have any recommendations for other schools that I should look at?

UP! Please respond.

Go to LSU!!! they take anybody with a GPA over 3. Huge party school baby!!

Auburn you need somewhere around a 2.8 to get in. So yeah, you're fine there.

Georgia is supposedly REALLY hard to get into if you're not from GA since it is public. I know that they accept roughly 60% of the applicants (out of a HUGE # of applicants) and roughly around 85% of those 60% accepted are from in-state.

Iowa is supposedly hard to get into. But I don't know. My friend got in from out of state with a 3.3.

Maryland is really crazy this year. I know it's so competitive. Same with Penn State. Sorry, I'm not much help.

Please respond. I'm also considering James Madison University and University of Colorado at Boulder. I'm open to suggestions.
