Really ?

Uber cool!

idk if this helps, but at my school the kids with the highest averages always end up going to CUNY and the kids with like mid-90s averages are the ones who end up at ivies...idk why that is but thats how it works every year. for some reason ivy leagues seem to really love 96-93 averages.

Well, I'm overqualified for the Ivies, damn.

lmao, no im just saying thats how it is at my school because its a notoriously hard school. im guessing anyone who has higher than that has no extracurriculars whatsoever because our school makes it impossible to be involved in significant ECs and still have a very very high GPA...

ok, maybe not number 1, but what about top 10?????? huh

upppppppppp

Hi Walton,

No, you don't need to be in the top 10, although it undoubtedly helps. It also depends on your school. At some schools, 5-10 (and NOT always the top 5-10!) or more students get into Harvard every year, while at some schools, a student gets in only every few years.
