i really want to go to dartmouth but I've only taken up to spanish III. my school does offer spanish iv/ap but my spanish III class wasn't very good, i don't feel prepared, and just really really don't want to deal with another language class.

another thing---i have great grades, am smart and everything but my weakness is science. by the time i graduate, i'll have taken earth science, bio, chem, and physics presumably with all a's, but i'd like to steer clear of science ap's. i can do history, literature, calculus, and elective ap's like economics but i'm just not prepped for science.

after reading this over this does make make me sound a little lazy, but i can assure you i work really hard, get good grades and standardized test scores, and have amazing ec's. but for these two areas (ap sciences and not taking spanish 4) i think i'd fit dartmouth's profile really well.

do you think these two factors are going to be a problem? i just know taking ap science and spanish IV would make me really stressed and unhappy, and don't think it's worth it if i have a good chance of getting in anyway.
