OOS Chances?

My friend has a 510 math 640 reading and 620 writing, 3.8/4.5 weighted GPA, has taken 13 honors classes, and has already taken 1 AP Junior year, and is taking 4 APs Senior year, is an NHS member, Officer for Social Justice Committee(been in it 4 years), Drama club member, Student Council Member, Environmental Club member, mock trial member, Science Team Member, has volunteered for over 250 hours for her church and a local nature center, writes amazing essays(not exaggerating she is a very good writer), and she is a NJ resident. What are her chances of making it into UDel?

she has also been a member of the school’s literary magazine and of the yearbook comittee

make that 630 reading and 650 writing

Being that she’s a NJ resident, and UDel has an overabundance of applicants from that state, I’d say it’s a 50-50 proposition. Has she considered taking the ACT as an alternative to the SAT? A higher score would improve her chances considerably.
