<p>Is the cost of tuition too high? I could attend USD for about $27,000.</p>

<p>It is my opinion that all UCs are ridiculously overpriced for OOS especially if one needs as much aid as you seem to (based on the fact Pell is listed). That loan amount is crazy. Can your parents even afford that? Will they qualify every year? The fact you qualify for Pell makes me think there’s only a slim chance they will.</p>

<p>Do you have any in-state options for yourself that would be much more affordable? Have your parents indicated what they’re willing/able to pay? Do not make the mistake of going to a school you cannot afford or that you will have to take out significant loans for.</p>
