<p>“who drive in Maine”. You called me out on my kids who don’t have cars, and don’t drive in their state-of-voting. How on earth is anyone going to have an opportunity to ask them “do you have a *** driver’s license?” It’s not going to happen at the voting booth, so honestly, who cares? I guess you have a dog in this fight, but this seems pretty petty. </p>

<p>If they’re not driving in the state they’re registered to vote in, they probably won’t be asked in that state (at least not by law enforcement). That doesn’t mean, though, that they’re necessarily in compliance with the state’s motor vehicle laws.</p>
