Opportunities with a finance degree?

I was wondering what I can do with a finance degree that doesn't involve investment banking.

I initially strayed away with the thought of getting a finance degree because majority of the business kids major in finance and I felt that I would've been too normal or I wouldn't be able to stand out. But then again, my preconceived notions of finance may be wrong.

I wanted to do MIS (I like the IT component), but I feel like the dynamics of doing so are not as thrilling or transitional as I thought. I don't know whether I should look for something else, but I'm not too sure.

I want to know the aspects of finance, and if it is truly worth it to get an undergraduate degree in it (Is it worth getting a masters as well in finance?). I do not know the whole aspect of finance and I'm afraid if I don't then I may make rash decisions.

Thank you for your feedback and I take your words very kindly.
