<p>So, registration for orientation is open now. Does anyone else keep getting charged an extra $100 per guest though? Every time I add a guest, it gives me the grand total of the guest while I’m filling out the guest info, then when I click save and continue, its $100 more.</p>

<p>For example, if I sign up one guest for parent orientation ($125) and family housing for 2 nights ($96 * 2) it shows up at first as $317 at the bottom, I click continue, and then it shows up as $417.</p>

<p>We had the same problem–got charged $225 for the orientation fee for 1 guest instead of the published rate of $125. Will be contacting them tomorrow to get this straightened out.</p>

<p>Same problem with our registration. Very surprised they had a flaw in their program, however I sent a note to Orientation asking them for a refund, and will follow-up with a call later today.</p>
