<p>Hey...I just checked myUCLA and it looks like we can now start signing up for orientations online. When are you guys planning to go? I was thinking maybe late July...is that too late? :)</p>
<p>Oooo wow. Hrm, looks like we have to complete the Educational Planner form first. Haha, too lazy to do it right now. I might as well do it later. Speaking of which...I still have to send in my picture for the Bruin card.</p>
<p>They like just set up the page today and it's "new" or something according to the orientation counselor I called, so it still has problems. I signed up and then it started doing some wacky stuff and then later I got an error message and I submitted my reservation, but I don't know if it got through cuz I never got confirmation. Then the orientation counselor said they couldn't help me now cuz the page is too "new"...</p>
<p>I'm not seeing it on my MyUCLA... where's it at?</p>

<p>It's one of the icons on the tab that says 'My Page', and it's under the header 'Welcome to UCLA!' There's also an icon for your Bruin Card Status.</p>

<p>I got an e-mail, yes. But it was after all this conflict with like getting an error page, etc. so I think there really is something wrong with the site.</p>

<p>The site is up again. So hopefully things are working now. You might want to check your MyUCLA site to see if the confirmation is there because before I got my confirmation I had to go to MyUCLA to tell it to send me an e-mail. There is a link you can click that tells it to send a confirmation e-mail to your e-mail address. =]</p>
<p>Tip: u can get around the Educational Planner by just submitting a blank thing in. heh. but be sure to fill it out later</p>
<p>PS: the Educational Planner asks some very corny questions that reminds me of writing college essays. O well glad im done.</p>

<p>BruinMichelle, not sure if thats a compliment or not lol. but im just saying... if it comes down to luck, filling out a 30-minute Educational PLanner might be the difference between first and last =)</p>

<p>mine took more like an hour actually. Frankly, more than 90% of the transfers didn't know about it, so I had my pick of appointments. it all worked out....</p>
