<p>I am going to UCLA, and Im Canadian, and I did my OSAP app in june 15. Its STILL on hold. the checklist says theve got everything, all the supporting documentations. School starts in a week, and ive already paid like 2000 before i started. WHATS GOING ON??</p>
<p>binta, you should contact OSAP directly with your question. Have you fulfilled all the requirements for someone who is attending a school outside of Canada? I know that students who attend U.S. colleges will receive less than if they were attending a Canadian university.</p>
