<p>I am going to UCLA, and Im Canadian, and I did my OSAP app in june 15. Its STILL on hold. the checklist says theve got everything, all the supporting documentations. School starts in a week, and ive already paid like 2000 before i started. WHATS GOING ON??</p>
<p>You’d probably be better off at the U of T forum - fewer students here will be familiar with OSAP.</p>
