OSU transfer chances

<p>I so far have 22 credit hours and I'm taking 10 hours over summer to give me 32 hours total. My GPA was a 1.4 at my old college (but that was partly due to being harassed by my first roommate and a bad car accident, which I will note on my application). I made a 4.0 (at a two year college) this semester (and the Dean's List) and my goal is to make another 4.0 this summer have a 2.88 GPA when I apply for the winter quarter, and I plan on applying in August, which is extremely early and I'm a hopeful Spanish major. I'm OOS, but I'm not worried about that because I don't think it will hurt me if I apply early enough and August is early for the winter quarter. What are my chances? Should I even bother applying there? It's my dream school and I'll do whatever it takes to get in.</p>
