Other CC wont Acdem. Renew F. GPA Low for CSU. Q's Help!

Hello there. First time posting on this site. I have come across a couple problems in my transfer process. First I will list the school I applied to and give my story:

(Note: I have a TLDR portion on the bottom)

PSYCHOLOGY MAJOR

CSU Chico
CSU Sacramento
CSU Long Beach
CSU Northridge
CSU Fullerton
CSU Channel Islands
CPU Pomona

So to start it off I have attended two cc's. Allan Hancock college and Santa Monica College.

My AHC transcript was average and i was just "doing school" for a couple years as part time and a semester or two full time. Average GPA was a 2.7

I than got engaged and my fiance was accepted into UCLA right after High school so I go down with her to live in Brentwood off campus for a year. During this time I attend SMC

At SMC I take 3 courses for the fall semester of 2011 and recieve a B, C and an F. The F is in Elementary Statistics.

Me and My fiance grow apart, she is engulfed in her life at school (should have expected this... a good thing for her) and we eventually split ways and I move back to Santa Maria to attend AHC. Here i retake my only F which is Algebra 2 and Pass with an A. I than sign up for courses during fall (Chem. Statistics. Western Civ. and Piano) full time and I am currently kicking butt because I want to go to a UC for grad school.

(TLDR: TOO LAZY DIDNT READ)

So My problems come here. I applied to those schools already this last week and than I realized I messed up. I put only my Cum. GPA for AHC which is a 3.0 but forgot to include courses at SMC. MY gpa is 1.5 here because of my B,C,F! :(

I talked with my councilor and we factored in my GPA and I overall have a 2.63. But I sent on my apps that I had a 3.0. Does emailing them saying that it is a different GPA look bad?

ALSO. I talked with SMC and they do not do academic Renewel on course work from other colleges so even if I get an A in this statistics class I am stuck with the F. Is there any way to smooth coat this F? DOes it look that bad on my transcript if I show I retook it?

I am slightly stressed out because last week i felt very confident about getting into a school... but now it looks bad IMO.

Any information or comments at all would be appreciated.

You need to email and update the gpa now rather than waiting. The CSUs that accept you will then VERIFY your self-reported GPA by asking for official transcripts so better to let them know now because they will figure it out later anyhow and it will look like a deliberate lie if you don’t fix this now.

The policy on what happens seems to differ by campus. See http://ccctransfer.org/images/documents/csu/2013-14/RepeatedCoursesTakenFromDiffCollegeForTransPg10-11CASPER.pdf</a> To be honest, I’m not sure what “Will honor the grading policy at the college at which the repeat was taken” really means. So talk to a counselor at the CSU’s; but there may be a way for those grades not to be counted, at least at some campuses. Especially if there is a way for Hancock to mark those classes as forgiven on your transcript.

Let us know what you find out.

Hello something similar happened to me except it was with a W.

Basically your local admission area will accept you regardless along with CSUN and Channel Islands since there Local admission area is the entire state of CA. The others schools may retract it.
