Out of State! Chance me! Please! ahhh

I live in California, which probably destroys my chance of going to a university in the East. I'm currently a Junior.

I've been trying so hard to get a job at McDonalds. No kidding, thats what I want to do.

Being in or out of state has literally no effect on your chances of getting into a private university. Public universities are obligated to accept more in-state students because those are whose tax dollars the school is funded by.

If you get a 32+ ACT or 2100+ SAT you should be in for sure.

By the way, I wouldn't call Indiana the East.

But anyway, good luck I'm sure you'll get in assuming you don't bomb your standardized tests.

wow, I never knew that. thank you. I've been informed

I agree with everything JR526 said. Of course, admission is never certain, but you seem to be on the right track. Keep up the hard work this year and good luck to you!

I'm calling Bullsh** that your favorite book is Scarlet Letter.

cman8123: Couldn't have said it better myself. That is the worst book ever aside from To The Lighthouse. Not that ND could give a flying f*** what an applicant's favorite book is.

hahaha, . . . . . . . .
