I’m currently on a gap year and going to be an incoming freshman at Binghamton for fall 2016. What is everything I can do to try to get some financial aid aside from the fafsa? Does contacting the school help? Has anybody had any luck with getting in state tuition despite not actually living in new york? Just trying to do all I can. Any tips would help, thank you.
