Out-of-State Financial Aid?

Hi, I’m a senior applying to the honors college at USC, but I’m not a South Carolina resident. First of all, does this make me ineligible for the honors college right off the bat (couldn’t find anything on the website about that)? Second, what would my chances be for receiving a modest amount of aid (I can specify if you need)? Thank you for your time and your help, I really appreciate the people on this site.

If you read all the threads in this forum you’ll see lots from out of state students. In fact, McNair and Horseshoe top scholarships are specifically for OOS students. Look at the publication below for an idea about what you can expect to receive in terms of scholarship based generally on your scores/GPA. If you have stats that are strong enough for Honors College you likely will qualify for in-state tuition.
