Out of state scholarships?

I live in VA and I'm interested in USC but would need a scholarship to attend. I used to hear they had great scholarships for out of state students but I can't find any information on them (at least on their website). If anyone has any information on this matter I'd greatly appreciate it!

Look on admissions site. At bottom left click on money matters:

It gives all the details about instate and OOS merit scholarships and the stats you need based on, I think, 2012 students. The numbers are not fixed and change with strength of applicant class. Several OOS scholarships offer tuition reduction and for higher stats waivers so that OOS pay in-state tuiton rates. In addition, there is an automatic scholarship for NMF - I think 6k for OOS students.

Also look on admissions under Apply for profiles of regular admits, capstone admits and honors admits to see where you fall. All honors students have at least one scholarship.
