I have heard from people in state and plenty in Cali who have gotten their letters. Anybody further east of there heard back? I'm in Utah and I have received neither Unofficial transcripts or a letter of acception or rejection.

We are in Virginia. Today my son got a small gold envelope that says “the BIG envelope”. He said that he will not open until his dad gets home from work tonight… so I have to wait a few more hours. It was post marked 3/15 and his unofficial transcript did pull up on 3/16. Best of of luck to everyone!

We’re in Utah (Salt Lake City) and my S got an acceptance letter today. U Dub Admissions must have a great sense of humour as the enevelope has “The BIG Envelope” text on the front of the standard size envelope… ;)

Son finally opened letter and yes he is accepted. Good luck to all.

Any international students heard anything yet? :)

Nope, I’m all the way on the east coast near Philly. My transcript and all that loaded, but I haven’t gotten any mail yet. I figured it would take four days or so for the mail to get over here, but then I read that they’re still sending out letters and making decisions.

My D received her acceptance today, SoCal. Post marked the 15th of March.
Good luck to all. Take a deep breath, there are many outstanding schools.

i’m in ohio and i got mine today… well technically yesterday… but yeah… =)

i got the official acceptance letter on thursday i live on the east coast

Just got my letter today! I think once your transcript loads, that’s the same day they send the letter. So if you live along the east coast like me, expect a letter to arrive within four or five business days.

By transcript, do you mean the unofficial UW transcript that is on the MyUW website? I have checked it and it says my SAT scores, the number of high school credits I have received, the college credits I have earned, and also that I am in “Arts & Sciences” as a “Pre Science” major, which is totally not what I applied for.

Also, I have not yet received an acceptance/rejection letter, but should I take the loading of the unofficial transcript as a sign that I will be?

I would say so, yes. If you’re all the way along the east coast like me, I’d say expect a letter Monday or at worst Tuesday.
