<p>I applied incredibly early ( October 30th or so), and I just got my UW unofficial transcript to load on Thursday, which I know means that I have been accepted( not a surprise, as I have a 3.98 GPA with honors and AP classes). What I am wondering is if anyone else has had their unofficial transcript load this early either this year, or in previous years. If so, did you not get an official letter in the mail until after December 1st( the priority deadline), or did they send out the letter on the day of acceptance?</p>
<p>I just got my acceptance letter in the mail Saturday. UW is my first choice, as I am in-state and intend to major in biology and the UW is known for having a good biology program, and I can get instate tuition. It is fortunate that they got my application back so early, as I applied early specifically so that I had a response early. Now I can go through the holiday season without any stress connected to college admissions, and I do not need to apply to anywhere else. I have really wanted to go to the Udub for the past year,and I am feeling excited to be a Husky next year!!!!!!!</p>

<p>D's unofficial transcript loaded this am. I am not going to tell her, I'll see if she figures it out, otherwise hopefully she will get a letter before Christmas to go in her stocking! We are from CA and UW is her first choice. Beautiful school. D is a biology major as well and we have a lot of family and friends in the Seattle area (and grandparents, great-grandma in Wenatchee). Hopefully this unofficial transcript is true, I think it is because there is a student ID number! Good luck to everyone.</p>

<p>nbg-she applied Nov. 18th or 19th. We do not have a letter yet but her status changed and transcript loaded Friday so hopefully.........! Happy holidays everyone!</p>
<p>When you click on "unofficial transcript" on "myuw" and the page does not come up and it says "The page cannot be displayed" does that mean you did not get accepted?</p>
<p>Did you get a message that your application review was complete? If not, then they are not done and the transcript won't load.</p>

<p>To those accepted: Last night my status changed to "We have received all materials required to review your application. Your application will remain in this status until decisions are finalized. We will inform you by postal mail when a decision is made." How long did it take for your status to change to "reviewed" so that you could use the unofficial transcript trick? <p>I had no idea that you could tell admission status before the mail arrived. My S's unofficial transcripts are loaded! It's 9am, should I wake him to let him know?</p>
<p>D got her acceptance letter today in the mail. FYI-transcript loaded 12/20, letter dated 12/26, mailed 12/29 received in California 1/2. She is so excited to be a Husky! Maybe you guys got all the snow out of the way this Christmas so she can make it home next year??? LOL</p>

<p>When your status says that everything is received, it's too early. You need to wait until your status changes to reviewed before it will load.</p>

<p>Never got a direct answer on that one, but if you so a search on previous years someone said right away.</p>
<p>It's hard to say since there's no way to know exactly when the status was changed. I was only checking every day or two. The first time I saw that the status said "reviewed" I checked the transcript load and it worked.</p>

<p>CLARIFYING QUESTION!!!: Please answer this to clear up any confusion for anyone and everyone (especially myself).</p>
<p>When your status changes from "Waiting for review" to:</p>
<p>"We have received all materials required to review your application. Your application will remain in this status until decisions are finalized. We will inform you by postal mail when a decision is made."</p>
<p>There is actually ANOTHER status change to something along the lines of "Your application has been reviewed". </p>
<p>So once your status changes FROM "We have received all materials required to review your application. Your application will remain in this status until decisions are finalized. We will inform you by postal mail when a decision is made."
TO
(something like) "Your application has been reviewed"---THEN and ONLY THEN, the "Unofficial Transcript Load" trick will work.</p>
