You’d get great merit aid at Texas Tech, Nebraska, Florida State, Oklahoma State, West Virginia, Kansas, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Alabama, Miami of Ohio, & prob Auburn. All are well-known schools with solid engineering programs, the classic college experience (big sports, etc).
Case Western: good engineering, good merit. However, it takes a certain type of person to go there.
