<p>You can go to UC Statfinder and solve (subtact California resident numbers from the total pool). But, I can save you some time since I've already done it. The short answer is that OOS stats (gpa+tests) are similar to instate acceptances.</p>

<p>i saw ~5600 applied 2008 ~905 admitted (not exactly right numbers) for an OOS admit rate of 17% and 22-3% for instate.
If I find the link I'l post it. It gave avg. sat scores overall but didnt break it down for in and out of state applicants
