Out of state transfer student seeking off campus housing

Hi,
I am looking to transfer to SDSU next fall and I need a place to crash! I am not from the area. I am from out-of-state, so a place that a lot of students reside would be very ideal and perhaps the most important factor in my search; since I won't know anyone, I am definitely looking for a place that allows me to meet a lot of new people who attend or did attend SDSU. I am not interested in living with a bunch of 18 or 19 year old freshman... I am 21, so my age or older upperclassmen and even graduates are also very ideal. I am looking for somewhere safe and relatively cheap as well, and preferably within walking distance to the school. If anyone has any specific advice on what I am looking for, I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

(Oh, I have come across a few options. PLEASE feel free to comment on any and all places!)

(Aztec Corner, Paseo Place, Fifty Twenty Five,(Sterling Collwood) Sterling Alvarado, University Towers, Montezuma Townhouses)

I don’t know much about the other places, but University Towers contains mostly transfer students and upperclassmen, so that could work out for you.

I have a lease at sterling alverado that im looking for someone to take over. Me and my roomate have the last double up and its the most affordable thing. call or text me at (619)655-2196
