Outside art scholarships?

<p>I'm not sure where to post this but I'll start here. </p>

<p>A friend has a son who's a very gifted visual artist. He'll be attending a local school that's expensive. </p>

<p>Are there some art scholarships he can apply for to help with costs?</p>
