<p>If I just received an outside rec. letter from a very useful source, do I still have a chance to mail it in considering I applied ED to the hotel school?</p>

<p>I’m sure they’ll accept the letter, it’s barely past the deadline for applications.</p>
<p>As for getting it to them, I don’t know any specifics but I would send it directly to Hotel School admissions. Put your Common App ID number on it as well as your name, school, etc.</p>
<p>last year we kinda figured out that as long as you get ONE part at least in for the deadline, you will have a file created and then cornell will just bother you for the rest of the parts. so as long as you have one part sent in, probably the common app + supplement, the other parts (recs, transcripts, scores etc.) can lag behind. just dont wait too long. they will let you know what you are missing.</p>
<p>also don’t take advantage of this leniency. don’t stress if you can’t get something in right on the deadline, but don’t just put it off for months</p>
