<p>Err......I'm not 2 sure if I got ur question rite but when they say they'll reduce your self-help they mean ur external scholarship $ will reduce the same amount of $ u'l be taking in federal loans..........hope that helped........</p>

1, work study/loan
2, University grant
3, EFC</p>
<p>You would use your outside scholarship the best:
when you got a big outside scholarship to cover full COA, or just cover work study/loan.</p>
