Outside Scholarships for Juniors

<p>Are there any significant scholarships offered to junior students? Most outside scholarships are awarded to seniors, but I'm wondering if there are any for juniors. Preferably, the scholarship should also be offered to students from any area. I know I'm asking a little much, but it's always better to ask a dumb question and get dumb answers than not ask a question that might be dumb when you might a useful answer (according to my teacher anyway).</p>
