As far as race and ethnicity is concerned, Honkonger=Chinese=East Asian</p>
<p>International students are not need-blind, and to be honest, unless you can pay yourself through 4 years at the top universities, you’ll have a hell-of-a hard time getting in. </p>
<p>25% undergrads are Asian, though the percent that apply is much higher.</p>
