I think you’ve got a pretty good chance! You have a lot of strong ECs and leadership positions. Your freshman year grades aren’t so hot but the rest of your high school career has been pretty stellar. I’m sure your gpa improvement will really show your further potential to the schools =D>

I agree with judornan. With the exception of a somewhat average SAT score at some of the schools you listed, the rest of your application is absolutely stellar. Congrats on so many achievements! Admissions officers will simply be overwhelmed by the sheer number of SAT subject tests and AP tests on which you have achieved remarkable results. Make sure you send all of them.

And although your freshman grades aren’t stellar, the record of the rest of your high school career pretty nearly negates any consequence that could come of that. A track record of improving performance is much more important than a single year of questionable grades.

That said, Princeton, Harvard, Columbia, and Stanford are reaches for just around everyone. It is nearly impossible to tell what they are looking for in a candidate as the best from all over the world apply there, and they can simply craft a class which best fits their given needs in a particular year. Nevertheless, your incredible stats have given you as good of a shot as anyone to get in there. Penn, Cornell, and Brown are low reaches. Every other school on that list is either a match or a safety, although Notre Dame and Northwestern may fall into the high match-match category.

If it is not too late, I would recommend retaking the SAT. That is the one area in which I believe you could improve to give yourself a better shot at the top tier of schools. However, I doubt any score increase (with the exception of reaching 2350-2400) would augment your chances substantially. It would merely tie up the single loose end I can see in the application.

Make sure you craft a personal application which really shows your unique qualities and attributes as well. Admissions advisors don’t want to see summaries of accomplishments; they want to see a picture of a person whose growth and intelligence will make them a meaningful member of the community.

Best of luck to you in your application process! Congratulations on all the success you have achieved thus far :)
