Overnight June Orientation

Hey guys, i was just wondering what do we need for the Orientation on thursday-friday? o and can we bring a TV so we can watch the Lakers game?

You should do a search cause people have provided extensive lists in the past… basically
-clothes
-good walking shoes (seriously - UCSD is huge and you walk all over)
-toothbrush/toothpaste, etc.

and you can bring a TV but you might/will look like a tool. They have activities planned for you that night.

I doubt you’ll look like a tool considering a ton of people are going to want to watch that game. You may in fact end up being the man for providing the game for other folks.

^Sorry, I’m just a little bitter. Not a lakers fan haha.

I’m a huge Boston fan. I just understand the importance of watching that game for other die hards regardless of their evil affiliations. ;)

im not missing the lakers game for orientation activities… if anything ill run away and go find some hooters or something around the area

TRUE THAT UCSANDIEGO if u do bring one let me know

damn it, i wish i was going to orientation on game 7. sounds like a super great opportunity to hang out and meet a bunch of people going to ucsd next year haha

Just for the record, I would totally skip orientation for a playoff game. Too bad the Celtics didn’t win today to save you guys the trouble though. :)

Night activities? Screw that, I’m gonna watch Kobe hit the buzzer beater all over Boston!!

But seriously, if you’re bringing a TV we should meet up and go Laker crazy.

brought my laptop, wont miss this game for the world… if ya’ll want to, find me i’ll be in some random dorm in marshal, cheering for the Lakers :)
