lets talk about them... I think they're a good idea (unless your ED and don't really have any options, hehe). Anyone who's been on one at Hamilton/anywhere else have any advice? Is there a certain night of the week that's good to go on? Should we be visiting classes? All thoughts appriciated :)

Definitely go to classes, and choose them carefully: Choose classes you'll be required to take, as well as those specifically in your major. Try to attend an upper level course in your intended major. This can all give you information on class sizes, use of TA's, type of students who attend the college, whether classes will tend to be lecture or discussion-based, and which type appeals to you. Include a "socializing" night (only Fri or Sat at some colleges, beginning on Wed night at others), if this is important to you. Try to talk to a prof in your intended major. Make sure to thank the admission office and your hosts afterwards. -These visits can be real eye-openers, and are essential when it comes down to choosing where to go. They also, of course, demonstrate "interest". Good luck, and have fun!
