Ozanam Scholars Program

Hi! I'm thinking about applying for this program but I have a few concerns. I really love everything that it stands for and I would love to be a part of something so fulfilling and be able to help others but I haven't done all that much service in high school. I've done lots of little things but i never really had like a service leader (which the application asks for a recommendation from) and it isn't as much as a lot of people probably have. At the last open house though the lady who spoke about the Ozanam program said that it isn't necessarily about how much service you did but what service means to you (which is a lot for me, I have a lot to say about private charity and service). Do you think that is the case? What should I do about the recommendation? Also, it has been one of my dreams my whole life to join a sorority, do you think I would be able to do both? I am a little concerned about the time commitment, because there are so many things I would like to be involved in.
