P/NP View of Law School Admissions

How would admissions view taking Spanish III as P/NP to meet my foreign language GE requirement? I'm doing OK with my Spanish II but is not too confident in maintaining at least a B+ for Spanish III. I'm a senior and have never had any W or P/NP courses.

A couple of P grades (don’t get an NP because it will count as an F in your GPA calculated for law schools) is acceptable, particularly when it is just a Gen Ed requirement and not your major. Law schools tend to frown on a lot of P/NP courses but a couple make no difference.
