<p>I've applied to MIT (rejected! didnt even complete my application), Cornell, Harvard, Dartmouth, Columbia, Bucknell, JHU, Northwestern, Lafayette, Stanford, duke, penn,vanderbilt argh i can't even remember. I'm applying for aid so i really needed to apply to many colleges,</p>

<p>no fee waivers are not a risk at all. Check with the universities you intend to apply on whether they accept waivers from international students or not e.g. NYU, Northwestern doesnt accept fee waivers from intels.</p>
