Panicking,,,

I recently got an e-mail from College Board that was titled URGENT - SAT INVOICE

From what I understand from the e-mail, I have to pay a balance of 16 dollars, I think it's because I added a subject test when I registered for only two. But I thought that it would automatically bill the credit card I registered with. Currently, it's saying that my payment options are by fax, telephone, and there was a third option, and they say that I should pay immediately or my account will be on hold. What does my account being on hold mean? If I don't pay fast enough, but pay later, will my account not be on hold anymore?

The thing is, my parents are both out of the country at the moment, my mom will come back in a week, so I don't think I can do anything until then. I've send them the e-mail, hoping that they can pay from where they are. Is this a big problem? or am I over-worrying?

@Favorites They might disable your account. Put through a call and pay via telephone. Use your parents credit card details for payment.
