Paper vs. Online Application?

Does it make a difference? I was reading Mr. Dave Berry's article on the importance of having a paper application that you mail in because you can enclose a cover letter, etc, but will it make a great impact on my chances for admission if I apply paper vs. the online application? Thank you!

During the information session, they said that they prefer an online application. It probably won’t affect your chances either way, though.

Apply online. I heard sorting through the paper applications is a hassle for the admissions office.

Thank you so much! I appreciate your help.

I applied on paper and got in. Do whatever you’re most comfortable with.

Online helps as documents are converted to electronic files.

Online. So much easier to keep track of.

I’ve heard directly from admissions people…strong preference is for online (I believe this is even stated on their website.) I don’t think a paper app will hurt you, but to play it safe, I’d go with what they prefer.

Great. Think I’m going to apply online. This is just a small thing but I appreciate your help!
