Hi!
So i noticed that I have never been charged for sending a transcript out through parchment even though i’ve sent out 15 of them. I was told by my school that the charge was $4 per transcript. This is odd to me, and I haven’t been deferred, denied, or accepted anywhere yet. Is this normal?
