<p>So Berkeley is granting about little bit less than half of the overall tuition.
My parent contribution is basically doubles my contribution (student contribution).
Question is, am I allow to take student loan? / Or are my parents allow to have loans even with Berkeley granting half of the total cost of attending Berkeley?</p>
