My mother was denied for the plus loan and sally mae. I’m only 17 so I do not qualify for a loan on my own. Is there any other options?
First and best option is a cheaper school. As you see, debt causes problems. Since your parent is not creditworthy for a plus loan that means that they have no real means of repayment should you not be able to make your payments. And as a student already taking the full student loans it is unlikely you will be able to make the payments above and beyond your own debt alone, especially early on.
You as a student can now borrow an additional 4,000 of loans for this year. If you didn’t qualify for sally mae then likely you are out of options beyond that.

Great point.
If your mom has credit issues, then learn from that. Don’t follow in those same footsteps.
