<p>I am the parent of a rising senior at MHC. This will be my last parents’ weekend. There are a lot of activities and seem to be well attended. I must note that we participated in activities more the first year than last. I would guess that there are more parents of Firsties than any other year, but I have met other repeat attendies! It is a nice time to show your parents your new home and have them meet some of your friends. </p>
<p>If you have any interest at all, your parents might try for reservations now. If everything is booked up, they can try West Springfield. There is at least one hotel right off the interstate.</p>
<p>Finally, remember that you will have a nice break in mid-October, I don’t know where you live, but it might be a change for you to have your parents on “your turf”!</p>
