Parents are seperated, live with mother, but my father filed me under his taxes....??

Hi. My parents are separated and I live with my mother who makes about 31k a year. I filled out my FAFSA and gave my mom's info, but I just found out my dad, who makes more then my mother (about 54k), claimed me under his taxes... does this mean I'll have to fill out his info instead of my mother's? or still just do my mother's? help!!!! :( if i submit my dad's info, i wont be accepted to an EOP program for a college i applied to because i won't meet the financial requirements!!!

If you live with your mom, you fill out using mom’s info. If your dad gives your mom any money, then you need to include that.

And, if your dad gives you money for college, you will include that on future FAFSA’s.

It doesn’t matter who claims you on their taxes. You use the parent with whom you lived the most during the past 12 months.
