<p>My parents came with me, and it might be good for your parents to come with you too. Don't worry, a lot of parents were there with their kids. :)</p>
<p>just wandering around campus, i've seen a TON of new bruins with their parents at college welcome days this week.
i suggest they come with you (my parents came when i went to honors day). never hurts to get their perspective.</p>

you wouldn't be the only one, but, welcome day is best viewed as a family experience. i mean, they WILL be paying for the next four years ;)</p>
<p>Maybe you can bring a fellow friend with you to go exploring together. There were a lot of parents, but also several trios of friends together.</p>
