Parking permits

<p>I live in Cuarto (transfer) and I might be having a car starting Winter quarter. Would it be worth it paying the $480 for the annual permit for “K” type in my case. From the looks of the TAPS chart the permit has very limited usage outside of Cuarto as far as campus parking goes. <p>Or, should I just find a spot to park around the dorms and do without the permit?</p>

<p>The latter. Just park around cuarto. It is one of the benefits of living at cuarto that you are able to find street parking right next to the dorms. Just take the initiative to beat the rush of finding spots on sundays and on weekday nights.</p>

<p>that’s true, there is a good area surrounding cuarto as far as parking goes. i’ll keep that in mind! =)</p>
