parking??

I'm looking for a spot to park near the courtyards on north campus and also a spot on central.

I also have 2 questions about parking:
Bursley parking - can I purchase a permit even if I'm not a resident? the parking lot...is it the same as courtyard's parking lot? how do i purchase a permit?

how do I find out if anyone has any parking spots for sale...?esp. on central??

Thanks much!

You can buy monthly permits for the public parking facilities near Central Campus - [DDA | On a Mission to Strengthen Downtown Ann Arbor - Parking Options](http://www.a2dda.org/parking__transportation/parking_options/)

If you are going to commute to central campus then you can just do hourly in these structures. Using the bus system would be about 10 times easier and cheaper though.

There’s that Northwood parking lot next to courtyards but I think you need a Northwood permit and for that I think you need to live in Northwood. Same of Bursley. For parking near Courtyards, there’s some parking spots by the businesses across the street on Plymouth. Also, Courtyards has a parking garage but I assume you’re asking for other options because it’s too expensive.

thanks so much! im having trouble finding someone who lives in Bursley and willing to sell their parking spots…do you know where to ask…?

for central campus look for people who are living in houses or apartments. They often will sell out their parking spots. Could park there and take the bus up to north, which is not really as a big of a hassle as one might think

I work in housing where permits are issued. You must be an on campus resident to park in the university lots. On campus residents cannot sell their permits to off campus residents because there is a lottery for them and therefore another on campus resident would have priority over off campus.
