Pass/Fail Classes

So in my first semester, I got a 3.6 weighted, and I got a 4.2 weighted in my second semester, the latter because I switched my honors biology grade from a B- to a pass/fail grade so it didn’t ruin my GPA. Will colleges overlook my 4.2 semester 2 because I took a pass/fail class? (btw, I dunno if this is the same for other high schools, but the way our counselor calculates GPAs is that +s and -s are completely disregarded, and a B+, B, or B- are 3s, A-s, As, or A+s are 4s, and APs are weighted, and then all twelve numbers are averaged for the cumulative, so idk if that changes anything)

Not sure they will “overlook” it, but they will certainly notice the P/F grade and most likely make the logical inference that the data presents.
